Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Tap the "Start" button on the home page; you can sign up in seconds with email or phone (OTP). You accept the KVKK notice and cookie consent in one go.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. A reset link is sent to your registered email. Phone accounts only need OTP verification; no password is stored.
How do I delete my account?
Use the "Delete your account" link at the bottom of Profile → Personal Information (KVKK Article 11). Deletion is immediate: your name, email and phone are removed; addresses, favorites, lists and viewing history are deleted. Reviews you wrote stay, anonymised without your name.
What is Smart Trio?
Three places highlighted each day. If you allow location, they are the ones closest to you; otherwise they are picked by name. Scores, personal preferences and ads play no part in the order. Details: /yontem
How does Smart Trio AI work?
Type in plain language, like "breakfast in Kadıköy" or "vegan"; search returns the places closest in meaning to your query. No venue score is used, and places can't pay to rank higher.
Do you score places?
No. We currently don't score places or show a score on screen. When the inputs of the LisPuan shown earlier were counted one by one, it turned out to have no independent share, so it was removed. Full method: listorant.com/yontem
Why wasn't my review approved?
Venue pages don't show reviews at the moment. When the user review feature opens, the moderation rules will be published here and on /yontem.
Do you track my location all the time?
No. Your location is only taken in the moment, with your permission, while the "nearby" feature is on. We don't keep a location history. Details: /gizlilik.
Is my data shared with third parties?
With our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Sentry) and, only if you accept cookies, with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity). It's never shared with ad partners or data brokers. Full list: /aydinlatma.
